Jeffrey L. Silvestrini is the Corporate President of Cohne, Rappaport & Segal. Born in Battle Creek, Michigan on March 5, 1954, he was admitted to the Utah Bar and United States District Court, District of Utah, in 1979. He is also a member of the Bar of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Mr. Silvestrini received an A.B. with distinction in history from the University of Michigan in 1976. He graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1979. He is a member of the Utah State Bar (member, Litigation Section), the American Health Lawyers Association (member, special interest committee on Physicians and Physician Organizations and member, special interest committee on Anti-Trust), and the Salt Lake County Bar Association. Mr. Silvestrini's practice emphasizes commercial litigation, health care law (focusing on physician issues), and the law of unfair competition. Mr. Silvestrini has lectured on real property boundary law. Mr. Silvestrini is an avid bicyclist and frequently commutes to and from work on his bicycle. He is also a camper and a skier.
